Alison Grun does and has begun a journey of building a company to support the dream of creating Road trips for women: An intercultural, learning and human experience on 2 wheels – she is calling it FreeW.
Alison’s mission is to encourage all women to feel free to do what they want and be their true selves, to improve their quality of life and that of all others around them, by boosting self-confidence, fostering sisterhood, and challenging gender stereotypes through motorcycling
She wants to set up a self-sufficient ecosystem around motorcycling for women, encompassing motorcycle: road trips, riding courses, clubhouse, rentals, loans, and gear – as well as a platform for them to leverage on their riding skills towards economic independence.

Road trips for women: An intercultural, learning and human experience on 2 wheels..

At FreeW, we believe that all women should feel free to do what they want and be themselves, and that motorcycling is one of the best vehicles for women to challenge gender stereotypes, foster sisterhood, build their self-confidence and achieve whatever they set their mind to.
It’s the reason why we are driven to organise women-led motorcycle adventures, in countries where visiting women riders get to discover and experience the life of other women in their host country, contribute to their economic activities, and inspire each others to break barriers to freedom.
For those women riders in search of challenges and fun, while giving back to the local communities and strengthening their sisterhood bonds. Test project in Nepal at the end of April, followed by Malaysia and India
