One of the ways to explore Iceland is by horseback however local company Exploring Iceland have an all-women office team who were quick to notice that their riding tours are very much frequented by women.
However they frequently heard the following, particularly from women 40 +
I wish I could join – I always wanted to learn to ride horses but never had the chance
They decided to do something about it and have set up a tour for women-only with no previous knowledge of horses required.
