Tours of Tuscany

October 7, 2016 by Rosemary

Ines and Monique of Tours of Tuscany
Ines and Monique Fabris – Tuscan at heart…

Australian Ines Fabris decided to return to her roots in Tuscany, 4 years ago she was joined by her daughter Monique and together they share their Tuscan dream with travelers who come to stay in the Villa that is their base – Tours of Tuscany was born.

Our clients enjoy the Tuscan way of life; good food, good wine, interesting people, beautiful scenery and wonderful places to visit.

Instead of moving around Tuscany every night, they are based in one of a number of glorious villas near Cortona which is their base. Innes discovered this historic town 100kms south of Florence, and for her there was an immediate connection to this town, finding the Villa nearby to rent clinched the deal.

Tours of Tuscany are based near the village of CortonaWe feel Cortona has a magic about it and the fact it is central to the iconic locations that we share with people that are on tour is perfect!

Small groups of no more than 12 make up the weekly tours and the itineraries are structured in a manner which provides the traveller the ability to explore independently or remain as a group during the course of daily travels.

Tours of Tuscany enjoy a mealAn excellent blend of stunning locations, culture, shopping, food, wine and relaxation are a part of each day.

We aspire to have this unique journey bring you closer to being a local during your stay in the region and create unforgettable memories.

They offer 7 & 14 day tours starting each Saturday from late April to mid October.

Tours of Tuscany VillaIndulge in a truly memorable
Tuscan experience:
wine tastings – regional food
– visiting local artisans
– visiting iconic Tuscan villages

Coming back each night to the same location after a day of adventures seems a great way to explore this small corner of the world

I love this idea – I hate the process of moving on every second night to a new place.

Tours of Tuscany base themselves in a villa near Cortona, they have a number they use depending on availability see more about the accommodation here.

Great post, thanks for sharing! It sounds like a truly incredible trip to experience. Italy is such a spectacular part of the world to explore, with so many hidden gems. No wonder it’s continued to be a popular travel destination. Traveling certainly presents such an amazing opportunity and can really broaden your perspectives on life and strengthen your understanding and appreciation for other cultures.
