Relax and recharge on this unique women’s retreat journey which balances exploring idyllic surroundings and journeying within.
We stay in glamping tents on the beautiful grounds of Cortijo Vista Infinita. We call it a Retreat Journey as we include daily nature hikes, ideal for self reflection, grounding and getting energized.
We will spend seven days in a relaxed and nurturing environment, cradled in the arms of mother nature herself.
Each day begins with a gentle Yoga or Qigong practice to awaken your body and nurture your spirit. There will be free time to swim or simply relax and enjoy the tranquil environment. After dinner, an optional guided evening meditation will round out the day, and set you up for a restful and rejuvenating night’s sleep.
Alhama de Granada is known for its picturesque surroundings, hot springs, delicious tapas & Spanish charm. After the retreat, there is an optional extension to visit Granada.
Veronique and Cat are well known for their tours in Northern Thailand, but they are spreading their wings and expanding our horizon towards Spain, Bali and the Himalayas.
